Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our urns. If you're not satisfied, we’ll make it right.
Returns
- You can return new and unused items within 15 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued for the product price only. A 10%–20% restocking fee may apply.
- If we made a mistake (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Note:

Personalized or custom urns are non-refundable.
If we make an error with the personalization, we’ll fix it to your satisfaction.
Received a damaged urn?
Let us know immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company. If there's a delay in reporting, the responsibility for the damage falls on the receiver.
Refund timeline:
Refunds usually take up to 4 weeks from when you send the urn back:
- 5–10 business days: transit time back to us
- 1–3 business days: our processing time
- 3–5 business days: bank processing
How to return an item:
Just reply to your order confirmation email. We’ll guide you through the steps and email you once your refund has been processed.
Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.:
- Ground Shipping: $25.00
- 2nd Day Air: $40.00
- 2nd Day Air AM: $60.00
- Next Day Air: $95.00
Shipping options will be available at checkout. Carrier used may be UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the item and location.
Shipping Times
Most urns are made to order. Please allow:
- 2–3 business days for production & personalization
- 2–7 business days for shipping (depending on location)

Delivery Options
- Ground Shipping: Delivered in 5 business days after production – $25
- 2nd Day Air: Delivered in 2 business days after shipping – $40
- 2nd Day Air AM: Morning delivery on the 2nd business day – $60
- Next Day Air: Delivered by 10:30am or 12:00pm the next day – $95
- Saturday Delivery: Available by request – please call for availability
