CromoUrns.com is an informational website. Products displayed on this site are not sold directly to consumers through this website, and therefore refunds or returns are not processed through this site.

Product Quality Commitment

Cromo Urns stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our memorial urns. Our goal is to ensure that funeral professionals and families receive products that meet the highest standards of presentation and reliability.

If a product is received defective or incorrect, the funeral home, dealer, or distributor that supplied the product will coordinate the appropriate resolution in accordance with their purchasing terms.

Returns

Return policies are determined by the funeral home, dealer, or distributor that fulfilled the order.

Please contact the supplier from whom the product was purchased for assistance with returns or replacements.

Personalized or Custom Urns

Personalized or custom memorial urns may not be eligible for return depending on the policies of the supplier or funeral professional coordinating the order.

If a manufacturing error or personalization mistake occurs, the supplier handling the order will assist in resolving the issue.


Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, the receiving funeral home or distributor should report the damage promptly to the shipping carrier and the supplier that fulfilled the order.

Timely reporting is necessary to allow the carrier to process a shipping claim.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, the authorized supplier or distributor that fulfilled the order will assist in coordinating replacement or resolution with Cromo Urns.
